A toy wind-up train engine and three cars fall off a truck. The Raggedys take their friends on a trip on the train, but inadvertently ride into the hole that leads to Hookie the Goblin. Raggedy Ann is captured by Hookie, but is rescued by the rest of the dolls. On the way back they take a side trip to Cookieland and deflate the Hungry Howloon.
