Walter Lantz's beloved rabbit gets the full Dell treatment in this cheerful 1951 issue, spotlighting Oswald mid-air as two small bear cubs gleefully toss him like a blanket over what appears to be a tub of milk or batter. The bright yellow cover and big, toothy grins all around capture the lighthearted slapstick energy that made Oswald such a natural fit for the funny pages.
