A conman sends Bugs and Porky to a random place in Alaska after they promise to give him a third of the gold they find. When their plane runs out of gas in a snow-covered wasteland they decide to walk for help. A snowslide uncovers a cave filled with gold pillars. When Bugs and Porky enter the cave, they find themselves in the underground kingdom of Radiom.
