In "The Snowman Contest," Frosty takes a break from his usual winter mischief to judge a local snowman competition, using his magic hat to bring each creation to life. When the final snowman steals the hat and bolts into the snowy woods, the children must chase after him before Frosty loses his powers—and the fun comes to a freeze.

Frosty heads to the North Pole on December 24, only to discover the usual snow has vanished—no frost, no chill, just an unseasonable heat. Concerned, he tracks down the weatherman, who reveals the culprit: a malfunctioning weather machine stuck on "Summer" mode.
