Dell's beloved bald-headed boy Henry takes center stage on this cheerful 1946 issue, with the cover — by Carl Anderson and John Liney — showing him earnestly scrubbing a very unhappy little dog in a wooden washtub, soap bar nearby and suds floating through the air. Smaller vignettes of Henry ring the bright yellow border, each capturing a different slice of his everyday adventures. The cover itself promises exactly what the banner delivers: all-new Henry comics written and drawn especially for this book by John Liney.
