This 1961 Dell adaptation of Walt Disney's The Absent-Minded Professor captures one of the film's most delightful images right on its photo cover: two passengers riding in an old-fashioned automobile soaring high above Washington, D.C., with the U.S. Capitol dome gleaming below them. The sheer charm of that flying flivver against an aerial cityscape makes for an irresistible cover that perfectly bottles the movie's whimsical spirit.
