Sam McCord and George Pratt are partners in a gold strike in Nome City, Alaska. McCord goes to Seattle to bring back Pratt's fiancee. Finding her already married, McCord brings back a substitute, Michelle, a dance hall hostess. That doesn't go over well with Pratt. To complicate matters, a gambler has concocted a scheme to take possession of their gold mine.
