When Elmer’s curly-haired brother Fuzzy pays a visit, Daffy Duck mistakes him for Elmer and hatches a scheme to get a lucky rub—leading to a hilarious case of mistaken identity and a very hairy situation.

In "Cutlass Capers," Elmer’s attempt to secure a home loan hits a snag when his eccentric neighbor, Yosemite Sam—complete with pirate regalia and a penchant for dramatic sea shanties—makes the neighborhood less than desirable to potential lenders. The story follows Elmer’s increasingly absurd efforts to keep the pirate’s antics from derailing his financial plans.

In "Back for More," Elmer finds himself once again the victim of a clever burglar who ties him to a chair and makes off with his belongings. Determined to protect his home, Elmer gets a watch dog—only to discover the thief has a trick up his sleeve, returning the next night with a plan that leaves both Elmer and his dog tied up again.
