When Kookie borrows Stuart's car, two crooks mistake him for Bailey and take him to their boss. Upset because Kookie isn't Bailey, who had sent him to prison, the boss plans to have Kookie shot at midnight when a freight train's noise will cover the sound of the gunshot.
