While exploring the jungle south of the Nepalese Border, Jungle Jim and Kolu witness the sacrifice of a goat from a bridge to a "mugger" (giant crocodile) in the river below. The bridge breaks during the ceremony and Jungle Jim shoots at the crocodile and rescues one of the girls from drowning. Jim is taken into custody by the Rajah for attacking the sacred crocodile. Kolu comes the Rajah's city to rescue Jim but is also captured. Later the girl who Jim rescued comes to their cell and shows them a passage to the outside.
