# Fightin' Air Force #24 This issue contains two stories. "High Spy Over Russia" follows U.S. Air Force pilots on a reconnaissance mission over Soviet territory, where Lieutenant George Pearson discovers an unidentified object on radar and uses a special "reverso" missile technology to redirect its course back to its origin point, preventing it from reaching American airspace. "The Old Enemy" depicts a reunion between two former adversaries—a U.S. pilot and a German Messerschmitt pilot—who discovered they had met during the Berlin airlift in January 1945, only to realize they had shot each other down and survived.
