This is an anthology issue featuring multiple adventure and humor stories. "Sergeant Stony Craig and His U.S. Marines," by Frank Rentfrow and Don Dickson, follows Stony Craig and a marshal as they attempt to locate Devlin's mine by hiring the Bonanza, a small oil-burning boat, and uncover a plot involving Buttonskies trying to steal the vessel. "Oaky Doaks" depicts the titular character and companions lost in a jungle where they encounter gorillas and must negotiate with them. "Babe Bunting," by Williams, shows young Babe injured after falling down stairs and being cared for by Mary and neighbors, though she refuses to reveal how she was hurt and insists people not know about her accident.
