Doll Man #15

Doll Man battles the villainous Minstrel, who boasts that no one has ever defeated him, in an aerial combat where the two adversaries trade attacks with various weapons and tricks. When the Minstrel attempts to use the same banjo trick twice, Doll Man counters the move and forces the criminal to flee. Later, the Minstrel kidnaps Dr. Roberts' daughter to use as leverage, demanding the scientist help with a pressing business matter, but Doll Man intervenes to rescue her and apprehend the Fool Killer.
