Doctor Strange and a red-haired woman cling to each other at the center of a churning, chaotic vortex of water, while several other figures — some struggling, some submerged — are swept through the swirling maelstrom around them. The cover by Bret Blevins and Kevin Nowlan captures a real sense of urgency, with the Sorcerer Supreme's red Cloak of Levitation whipping through the surge as he strains to hold on amid the chaos.
