Part three of the "War Crimes" crossover arrives in this October 2005 issue of Detective Comics, with a cover by Jock that puts a scarred, masked villain front and center — his battered golden face and orange-and-blue costume demanding immediate attention — while Batman looms as a dark, watchful presence in the background.
