The Seal uses an invention to make the sun's rays glow extra bright to blind people so that his gang can commit robberies, and they are able to see only because of the smoked glasses they wear. When Larry gets too close to the truth of the situation, the Seal's men capture him and the villain has an explosive end in store for the detective.
