Detective Comics #184
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeA striking Win Mortimer cover sets the scene as Batman and Robin are thrown back by blinding rays of light emanating from the Human Firefly — a goggled villain in grey and green bearing a bold "FF" on his chest, with a blazing yellow burst radiating behind him against a Gotham skyline. This 1952 DC gem spotlights the Dynamic Duo facing "The Man of 1,000 Lights" in a story crafted by writer Ed Herron and brought to life inside by artist Dick Sprang and inker Charles Paris. Also along for the ride is the backup feature Pow-Wow Smith, Indian Lawman — solid ten-cent value from one of comics' most dependable anthology titles.
