Deathbed #3
In "Chapter Three" of Deathbed #3 (2018), writer Joshua Williamson and artist Riley Rossmo deliver a chilling exploration of faith and identity as Luna confronts the horrifying consequences of his own words—his followers, twisted by his phrase "you are what you eat," have become cannibals. With Valentine at his side, Luna fights to dismantle the Church of Luna, only to face the deadly revelation of Zerachiel, who seeks to erase him from existence—and from memory itself. The story’s haunting tone and stark visuals, brought to life by Rossmo’s cover and interior art and Ivan Plascencia’s colors, underscore a growing dread as Luna questions the very reliability of his own past.
