In Darkness #11, Jackie faces a chilling revelation when he uncovers that his own grandmother is behind his kidnapping—and the deadly contract on his life. With the sun setting on December 21st, she’s lost her window to reclaim the full power of the Darkness, but her vow to return next year sends a shiver through the shadows. Written by Malachy Coney, Marcia Chen, and Sophie Viévard, and illustrated by Joe Benitez, David Finch, and Marco Galli, this issue blends personal stakes with supernatural tension, rendered in bold inks by Marlo Alquiza, Joe Weems, John Livesay, and Jon Sibal, and vibrant colors by Matt Nelson, Liquid!, Tyson Wengler, and Peter Steigerwald. The cover by Marc Silvestri and Joe Weems captures the eerie weight of the moment.
