Writer Kyle Higgins and artists Juanan Ramírez and Erick Arciniega bring a moody, atmospheric energy to this third issue that feels both grounded and genuinely cosmic. Marking the character's 30th anniversary, this 2021 series is clearly treating Darkhawk with the thoughtful care he deserves.
