Gladiator's shrink determines that he is lying about his innocence in the recent killings in Ryker's Island but Matt and his team of lawyers aren't completely convinced that something more sinister isn't going on. As Melvin is being transferred back to prison, despite Daredevil's intervention, he is busted out of his transport and escapes. Milla starts visiting a shrink. Lily shows up at the law offices looking for Matt's help and he is very displeased at seeing her again.
