Daredevil #4 (616)
In "Know Fear Part 4," Matt Murdock stirs from a gunshot wound to find himself in the unlikely company of the Punisher, who’s interrogating a thug tied to the Owl. As their clash of ideologies unfolds—Frank driven by vengeance, Matt haunted by guilt over Leo Carraro—the tension explodes into violence, forcing Matt to confront the cost of his choices. With bold storytelling by Chip Zdarsky and striking art by Marco Checchetto, this issue sharpens the edge of Daredevil’s moral struggle, all under Julian Totino Tedesco’s intense cover.

Having been rescued from the arrest but still weak from being shot, Matt awakens to the company of the Punisher. Frank is interrogating a thug who works for the Owl. Frank and Matt are arguing crime-fighting ideologies but to no avail -- Frank only rescued Matt because he thought that he had killed Leo Carraro on purpose. In disgust, Frank sets the thug free and (predictably) is turned upon. Frank kills him, Matt breaks free and attacks Frank. Matt blows up the hideout, carries The Punisher out to drop him on a police cruiser and limp away. Daredevil's beginning to own that he killed Carraro.
