Daredvil is supposed to be in court defending Mr. Hyde but he has been captured by the Enforcers who are putting him through his paces. The Eel taunts Daredevil with the fact that he has been manipulating the Enforcers but his buddies hear him and try to take him down. Daredevil escapes in the super villain fight and captures the Eel, proving that he is responsible for the murder for which Mr. Hyde has been charged.
