“The Kingpin Must Die”

In "The Kingpin Must Die," Frank Miller and Klaus Janson deliver a taut, character-driven thriller as the retired Kingpin, now in Japan, orchestrates a dangerous gambit from afar. When his wife Vanessa is captured by the mob to lure him back to New York, Daredevil finds himself caught in the crossfire—leading to a tense, brutal clash with Bullseye. The story, illustrated with stark precision by Miller and Janson, sets a new tone for the series, with every panel charged with consequence.
