Part of the "Running with the Devil" arc, this issue opens the "Purple" chapter with a cover that beautifully balances romance and action. Framed in an ornate golden border, a couple shares a tender kiss in the foreground while, behind them, Daredevil leaps acrobatically against the sweeping cables of the Golden Gate Bridge at dusk. Ron Garney and Matt Milla give the composition a striking duality — intimate warmth in front, the Man Without Fear still swinging through danger in the background — making this an inviting entry point into Charles Soule's run.
