A drum containing "Chemical X-13", a growth formula, falls from a chemist's truck and into Daffy's pond. Fish, frogs, and turtles suddenly grow to large size, including Daffy himself. Daffy takes advantage of his increased size by going into the tough part of town to push some "big galoots" around. It works... for a while.
