When Jasper Crow orchestrates a scheme to force the sale of a mining company through murder, the Black Condor—in his civilian identity as Senator Tom Wright—infiltrates the villain's operation and uncovers a deadly plot to electrocute thousands of workers. Racing against time, the flying hero must stop both Crow's henchmen and the mysterious Ghost-Gun Killer, a sharpshooter armed with a lethal rifle rigged to trigger a catastrophic electrical trap.

A former naval captain and his flying torpedo craft find themselves pitted against the villainous Black Shark, who captures an admiral and demands a ransom of secret military maps. When the Red Torpedo agrees to a dangerous exchange on a remote island, unexpected allies converge on Cannibal Cay to turn the tables on the Shark and his crew.

Rock Braddon of the Space Legion infiltrates a gang of criminals at Jupiter's freight rocket port by posing as the mysterious stranger "Argo," only to discover that their leader Blackbeard—along with One-Arm Ganz, Patch-Eye Tork, Half-Face McGurk, and a girl—are planning to seize a shipment of ray guns as part of a larger scheme to control the entire port. When Blackbeard learns that Argo is a spy for the Space Legion, the confrontation reaches its climax at the docks, where the truth behind Braddon's infiltration and the outlaws' fate are finally revealed.
