“The Damned Horde - Part One”

Conan Omnibus #7 (2018) kicks off "The Damned Horde - Part One" with writer Fred Van Lente and artist Brian Ching delivering a gripping desert trek as Conan and Natala flee the ruins of Xuthal and the lingering threat of the shadow god Thog. After surviving a brutal sandstorm, they’re ambushed by Valerius and his caravan, only to find common ground in their desperate search for an oasis—until a mysterious beacon flickers to life atop a distant tower, guiding them through the night. The cover by Daryl Mandryk captures the stark, sun-scorched tension of the journey.
