In "Skull on the Seas del 2: Jade Coils in Black Khemi," Conan finds himself entangled in a dangerous romance with Li-Zya, daughter of the fallen Kuchum, as their ship is ambushed by Stygian raiders. With Thulsa Doom’s skull washed ashore and seized by the dark sorcerer Thoth-Amon, Conan leads a small band into the sorcerer’s temple, where they face a chilling divide among reptilian warriors—some loyal to Doom’s legacy, others bound to Thoth-Amon’s will.

In "The Skull on the Seas, del III: The Cape of Dark Dreams," Conan sails with the Khitan captain Kuchum, guided by the eerie promise of Thulsa Doom’s skull to a fabled treasure island. Amid storms, black pirates, and a monstrous shark, they reach a shore welcomed by Phan-Ku—a man claiming descent from a lost Khitan shipwreck—only to reveal himself as a priest of Set, plotting to sacrifice Li-Zya. Conan intervenes, slays the false prophet, and uncovers the island’s true horror: its inhabitants are reptilian beings who turn the tide against the intruders.
