Chaos! #5

The penultimate issue of Dynamite's Chaos! series delivers a cover that puts the tension front and center: a red-haired young woman in fishnet and black leather crouches on the ground, visibly alarmed, framed between the legs of a towering dark figure who grips a massive sword — while a horde of rotting, green-glowing undead closes in from every direction. Tim Seeley and Mirka Andolfo's 2014 series has been building to exactly this kind of corner-with-no-exit moment, and this image sells that pressure beautifully.
