The fifteenth chapter of the "Going Home" arc arrives with one of the more quietly arresting covers in the long run of Cerebus — a sweeping photograph-like landscape of autumn forest, rocky Canadian Shield terrain, and a still lake stretching toward the horizon under a wide, cloud-scattered sky. Gerhard's cover work here steps entirely away from the series' usual illustrated imagery, letting the vivid seasonal colors and the sheer spaciousness of the natural scene carry the mood. Dave Sim and Gerhard continue their long creative partnership inside, delivering another installment of this contemplative late-series chapter.
