Catwoman / Wildcat #3

Part three of four in this 1998 DC limited series, and the cover by Brian Stelfreeze makes a compelling case for the whole package: Catwoman leaps in from above, smashing something across Wildcat's face in an explosive burst of debris, while Batman looms in the foreground with fists raised — three heavy hitters tangled together in one kinetic image. Writer Chuck Dixon teams with Beau Smith, with interior art from Sergio Cariello inked by Tom Palmer, bringing "Sixes and Sevens and Nines" to life with the kind of creative lineup that rewards reading all the way to the finale.
