Candy, the prettiest and most popular girl in town, becomes quarantined with measles, chicken pox, and other contagious illnesses, forcing her to miss school and social events. When she's chosen to inherit a year's scholarship to an exclusive school, a mix-up occurs involving missing grapes and her aunt Matilda, resulting in Candy being accused of breaking valuable items. Later, Candy and her friends organize a jumping contest and jam session featuring exercise records, but the energetic dancing and record-playing causes chaos and near-disaster at the venue.
