Jiggs struggles with domestic life and his wife Maggie's demands, including cleaning the carpet and staying home. After escaping to a social gathering, Jiggs encounters a man he believes to be Mr. Jiggs, leading to a humorous case of mistaken identity involving a crowd of similarly dressed men.
