Blade: Blood and Chaos #[nn]
In "Sins of the Father," Blade is drawn into a web of secrets when Dominique seeks his aid for Charisma Desiree, only to be interrupted by a deadly ambush from the eavesdropping vampire Yves St. Monroe. With Dominique surprisingly stepping in to save Blade, the tension escalates as the Desiree family faces new threats—especially when self-made vampire Michael Morbius arrives, seeking answers about his lost betrothed Martine and offering uneasy help to Zinnea and her daughter. Written by Don McGregor and illustrated by Brian Hagan, with colors by Steve Oliff and letters by John Costanza, this issue blends personal stakes with supernatural intrigue, all framed by Bart Sears’ striking cover art and Ray Kryssing’s dynamic inks.

Meanwhile the Desirees are visited by self-made vampire Michael Morbius, who's come to ask Newton's wife Zinnea where her cousin Martine, his one-time betrothed, was, as she and her daughter could use his help. Despite Newton's threats, Morbius promises to remain in the area and try to help Charisma, who's mixed up in something very unhealthy.
