Kasper Cole, in the guise of Black Panther, breaks into the office of Nigel "Triage" Blacque and steals vital information about the 66 Bridges organization. Cole learns that Lt. Sal Anthony had Sgt. Tork killed thinking he was the cop impersonating the Black Panther. Using data from Triage's computer, Cole deduces that Triage is the son of Kibuka, the mysterious leader of the 66 Bridges gang. But, unknown to Cole, Kibuka is revealed as his father, "Black Jack" Cole.
