Black Panther #54
In "Black and White Chapter 4: Kasper Cole Buys a Clue," Christopher Priest and Jorge Lucas deliver a tense, character-driven installment where Kasper Cole, now operating as Black Panther, grapples with the truth behind his father’s murder. The story deepens as Cole confronts Lt. Sal Anthony, only to retreat when he suspects he’s been exposed—unaware that Anthony is actually targeting Sgt. Tork, who’s been wrongly identified as the vigilante. Andy Kubert’s striking cover captures the moment’s high stakes, while the interior art by Lucas and Schellinger brings the political and personal tensions of Wakanda’s shadow war to vivid life.
