Nominally doing a favor for Lt. Sal Anthony in order to guarantee safety for himself and his family, Kasper Cole figures out that Anthony is working for the 66 Bridges organization because Kibuka kidnapped Anthony's son, Max. With help from T'Challa, the White Wolf and Capt. de Laguardia, Cole is able to take down Anthony's crooked group of cops getting promoted to Detective for his actions.
