Black Fury #6 is an anthology featuring three stories: "The Wonder Horse in The Lame and the Swift," in which a wild black stallion repeatedly outwits a hunter named Hitch Kragg and his men; "Singer of Six Gun Songs," a Western tale about a cattle drive from the Bar E Ranch to Dodge City, where a wandering young man named Jeff Davis joins ranch owner Hank Sheridan and his daughter Helen on the trail; and "Ballyhoo Barney and the Death Ride," a circus story in which a performer's lost goggles become the subject of confusion between circus owner Mr. Bungling and an acrobat named Goggles.
