Affected by Scarecrow's fear gas, Peacekeeper-01 is on the run, convinced everyone is out to get him. He recalls the past history of his father and grandfather and how he believes they were treated unfairly when Commissioner Gordon fired them from the GCPD for accepting bribes. As a result, Sean was not able to get a job with the GCPD, and instead took a job at Arkham Asylum. He was about to be fired for abuse of prisoners when he suddenly ended up as the hero of A-Day, rescuing Arkham staff members from the Joker toxin attack.
