Professor Nicholls sends the Dynamic Duo back in time 300 years, there they meet Jeremy Coe, a frontiersman spy who doubles as a Red Indian. When they realize that Coe's headquarters is in the cavern that will one day become the Bat-Cave, they help him with Colonial Age versions of their crime fighting apparatus.
