The year is 1988. Tommy Tomorrow recently graduated from Space Port with the rank of Colonel in the Planeteers. He is instructed to visit other planets in the solar system and bring back specimens of marine life, so that the giant aquarium can be expanded to an Interplanetary Aquarium.
