Part three of "The Rules of Engagement" arrives with one of its most striking covers yet — Joëlle Jones's artwork puts Catwoman and Talia al Ghul face-to-face in a tense, blade-drawn confrontation, their locked gazes and drawn weapons making the tension almost tangible.
