Batman investigates two mysteries: he must track down the Death's Head Group who has been setting off bombs through out Gotham, and investigate 6 businessmen who have gambled their fortunes away. He learns that all the businessmen had visited the Gotham Isle casino, so he investigates as Bruce Wayne. But Bruce is affected by the device that caused the other businessmen to gamble recklessly, which puts Batman in danger when he goes after the bombers.
