Batman #23

Part of DC's "El Amanecer de DC" initiative, this January 2025 Spanish-language edition from ECC Ediciones brings Chip Zdarsky's run to issue #23 with art by Michele Bandini, Steve Lieber, and colorist Nick Filardi. Jorge Jiménez's cover presents a quietly compelling image: Batman in full costume stands face-to-face with a man in a white dress shirt who holds what appears to be a dark mask or item of clothing, the giant Bat-symbol glowing warmly behind them against a red Gotham skyline. The intimacy of that two-figure standoff — costumed hero and civilian meeting eye-to-eye — makes "Una Buena Fantasía" feel like a story with something personal and human at its heart.
