About this Collection
This volume collects the second story arc of the New 52 Batman series, following the aftermath of the Court of Owls' attack on Gotham City. As Batman recovers from his ordeal, the Talons continue their assault, with Oswald Cobblepot, the Penguin, playing a role in the escalating conflict.
