To the right, the bespectacled villain Doctor Mole smugly brandishes a wrench, declaring his intention to rule the world — making for a delightfully madcap cover scene brought to life by Jon D'Agostino's pencils and inks. With a story by Joe Gill and art by Maurice Whitman inside, plus the promise of "Giant Jackpot Prizes," this ten-cent Charlton gem is a charming snapshot of late-'50s all-ages comics at their most cheerfully chaotic.
