Archie's Pal Jughead Comics #134
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeJughead Jones is in rare form on this cover, crown and all, gleefully loading up what appears to be a mountain of food from a park hot dog cart while the vendor looks on in exasperated defeat — his speech bubble lamenting that he makes 50 cents on each frank but loses a dollar with this particular customer. Rex W. Lindsey's cover art captures Riverdale's most dedicated eater mid-condiment-squeeze, with Archie visible in the background seemingly unaware of the chaos unfolding at the condiments station. It's a quintessentially Jughead moment that sets a cheerful, comedic tone for this 2001 issue.
