Over the course of the tour, everyone but Veronica figures out that Archie and Valerie are an item. Their relationship gets publically revealed during their last concert, when the two sing a romantic ballad they co-wrote. When the Pussycats are offered a six month tour overseas, Valerie initially says no, but Archie talks her into it, convincing her that they could stay in contact via texting and email.
