Archie gets stuck with a goofy hippo costume for Veronica's charity Halloween ball. One of Veronica's rich guests is plotting to steal the cash donations, and his accomplice happens to have the same costume as Archie. When the would-be thief mistakes Archie for his partner in crime, Arch plays along to foil their plot.
